Better Pause

Stops your Thirst, Hunger, Saturation, and Buffs from depleting and prevents you from dying while the Pause menu is open.

Fixed an issue where when a player was paused and another entity lost damage it would not keep the clients in sync causing weird things to happen. Thanks Destiny for reporting this issue!

Made it so by default you will not die while you're paused, of course this can be disabled if you have the Extra Settings API mod installed!
