Shark Attack Delayed
Modifies how sharks behave.

Sharks won't attack a player who has not been in the sea long enough (randomly between 10 and 20 seconds). A player who has 'been seen' by sharks will have to spend some time (29 sec) outside of water for them to ignore him again.
The idea is :
- be able to grab a thing or two on a reef without needing shark baits all the time
- being punished less often for falling down the raft by accident
- swim from the raft to an island in peace
Be aware that it makes the game a little easier without removing the whole shark aspect of the game.
